Message from the Granny Yankers!
HEY YOU with the fundraising fatigue! Granny Emmie is calling you....
Her two mad American friends Erin and Kristin are pushing her 9k in a wheelchair to raise funds for Botanica Ethiopia, our project in to help preserve access to traditional medicine in Ethiopia (see www.botanicaethiopia.com)
So we're taking part in the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival 2013 and hoping to raise funds for next steps following the successfull implementation of a community medicinal herb garden in Fiche Ethiopia.
In September we are all going to be sweating it out and doing our best to complete a gruelling course over the Harbour Bridge, around Sydney's CBD and finishing at the Opera House steps.

Botanica Ethiopia: A Living Pharmacy (Global Development Group - J655N)
The aim of the Botanic Ethiopia project is to support implementation of indigenous medicinal herb gardens in Ethiopia. In Ethiopia in September 2014 the amazing Etse-Fewus Association are receiving permaculture training to update their skills in nourishing the soil and conserving water. www.botanicaethiopia.com
