I'm taking part in the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival 2013 and hoping to raise much needed funds for TAD Disability Services.

Who's TAD? TAD Disability Services is the only charity in NSW which designs and builds personalised custom equipment to enable people with disabilities to lead more independent lives. Thanks to our army of skilled volunteers (mainly retired engineers), children who have never walked can ride a bike and quadriplegic mums have special cots and prams to meet their exact needs. This September, I’m going to be sweating it out and doing my best to complete a gruelling course over the Harbour Bridge, around Sydney's CBD and finishing at the Opera House steps...
