Ai-Media does Sydney Running Festival
Ai-Media does Sydney Running Festival
Story
We are a team of Ai-Media employees taking part in the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival 2013 and hoping to raise much needed funds for charity.
This September, we're going to challenge ourselves to complete a gruelling course over the Harbour Bridge, around Sydney's CBD and finish at the Opera House steps...all for a great cause.
We're excited to be fundraising for Northcott Disability Services, a charity thats mission aligns so closely with what Ai-Media are working towards - an inclusive society where people can live the life they choose.
Northcott Disability Services support people with disabilities to reach their full potential by providing services and support to promote a genuinely inclusive society.
The money we fundraise will support Northcott Disability Services to confidently plan and deliver their essential services now and in the future, ensuring that people with disabilities and their families are supported in the long term - living independently, playing with siblings, going to school and making friends.
We really appreciate your support and helping to make a difference no matter how big or small, thank you :)
ALL donations you give go directly to charity, so click on DONATE NOW!
Activity
Northcott
Northcott is a leading service provider in NSW and the ACT, providing services and support for people with disabilities and their families and carers. We are an independent, not-for-profit organisation that receives some government funding. We rely on the generosity of individuals, organisations and community groups to continue to provide services, particularly where no government funding or limited support is available. For over 80 years, we have supported children, young people and adults with disabilities to develop life skills, build confidence and become active participants in their communities. Today, we help more than 13,000 people, including many families and carers, driven by our purpose to build an inclusive society where people can live the life they choose.
